My first time in BA.
I stayed a couple of days, in the start of my time here in BA, in this apartment. It was a nice space to settle before moving to something more permanent.
I had a lot of luggage so I appreciated the host’s option to pay a fee to get picked up at the airport. The host also helped me with arranging transportation to my next place as well as being able to keep my bags in the apartment a couple of hours until mye next place was ready.
Great with aircondition/heating in both the living room and bedroom.
I could’ve done with a bit more equipment in the kitchen. I told the host, and they might supplement the kitchen. Still, for just a couple of days it was sufficient.
I had no other complaints with the apartment. I would have no problem with recommending it to anyone.

Minha estadia nesse apartamento foi simplesmente impecável! O espaço é luxuoso, decorado com muito bom gosto e todos os móveis são novíssimos. A cama queen é extremamente confortável, com lençóis de alta qualidade que garantem um descanso perfeito. O isolamento acústico é excelente graças aos vidros duplos, e os dois aparelhos de ar-condicionado — um no quarto e outro na sala — mantêm o ambiente sempre agradável.
A cozinha é super bem equipada, com eletrodomésticos modernos e de alta qualidade: geladeira com freezer separado e controle digital, forno de primeira linha e fogão de indução, tudo novinho em folha. Para quem precisa trabalhar, há uma mesa com gavetas e uma cadeira ergonômica que tornam o espaço ideal tanto para curtas quanto longas estadias.
O Emil foi um anfitrião excepcional — sempre disponível, atencioso e com respostas muito rápidas. A localização também é excelente: dá para ir a pé ao Congresso, e com um pouco mais de disposição, até a Casa Rosada e à Catedral.
